I commissioned a painting from Julian, and it was a great experience. I remember showing him the wall it would go on, and he drew inspiration from the place, room, and energy.

My painting was done on a custom-built canvas with a unique concave shape that adds movement and light, bringing elegance and serenity to my living space.

Julian is professional yet genuine, thinking beyond the physical pieces always giving them meaning beyond what greets the eye, his talent shines through in his work.

I was fortunate enough to come across Julian Castro's work, and as I had one last bit of wall space left, I reached out and asked him to create a piece for me!

I gave him some simple key words…"gray, black, white industrial, and abstract".  

I was very impressed when he came back to me and wanted photos of the space where it would be installed and had additional questions and comments to assure he exceeded expectations and got the sizing correct!

He kept me posted during the process and actually sent me a video of him creating my new piece.

I received it today and loved hanging it up… It completes the space perfectly! Great impact!

I love my piece from Julian. When I moved to Miami and got my first apartment, I decided to invest in art from local artists. I was immediately drawn to Julian’s pieces and style.

I came to see the work in person and connected with the piece I ultimately bought.

Julian was so easy to work with. He was communicative and responsive throughout the process. He delivered the piece and helped me decide where to hang it then hung it. Then we hung out and chatted and I learned more about his story and the piece.

Before deciding to get a piece from Julian, he welcomed me into his studio so I could meet him and see his work in person. Once I saw his paintings in person, I knew I wanted one, but my favorite painting, Capricorn, was already sold.

Julian was able to create a new "Capricorn II" piece for me, and due to my schedule, he was able to have it done and delivered within a week... while the paint was still wet!

The piece matches the design of my home, compliments the rest of my collection, and is a beautiful reminder of Capricorn energy for my home. Working with Julian was a painless, fun, and professional experience.

I ordered a Castro while living in Hong Kong. My wife and I had a modest flat, and we hung the painting in our living area. I can't get over how much it elevated our space.

Guests comment on it literally every time we had people over. Julian delivered the painting quickly and in perfect condition after a long journey.

The piece is easily worth double what I paid, and we didn't have to think twice about bringing it with us when we moved home to NYC. Highly recommend this artist if his style meets your taste.

​When Julian first offered his work for sale I found a painting that I loved. The painting is unusual because of the technique Julian uses to move the paint around the canvas and bring the painting to life!

The second piece I brought from Julian incorporates all the colors of the pastoral environment in which it was created.

Both paintings bring joy to my soul and I am pleased to have them in my collection!

Working with Julian was a smooth and pleasant experience!

After recently moving, we decided to purchase a special art piece for our new home, and after seeing Julian’s creations we knew we were talking to the right person! Julian delivered the Onda piece himself.

It fit in so perfectly into our home, tying together our color scheme and the beautiful views of the beach it overlooks.

We’ve been complimented on it numerous times by guests. We even setup a display light to bring it more to life.
