Slowing Down to the Speed of Nature

Greetings my friend,

Before we get to the Catalogue below (and your gift), a brief reminder on enjoying life...

Every time I come back from Portugal, I experience a different flavor of culture shock.

(This one has been a slap in the face, and has me seriously considering what life would be like living in Europe.)

Why is everyone in such a rush here in the US?

Is it just me, or is everything louder, bigger, and faster?

There's more food, more cars everywhere, and more ads screaming at me to buy things.

The blessing here is that in my overwhelm... I am inspired to stay focused on my work, my health, and my happiness.

To me, that means going to the beach every morning for sunrise and meditation... Sipping my coffee slowly which journaling... working on my business and artwork in ways that feel true to ME, not the 100s of business gurus online.

It also means playing vinyl records at home while I sit on the couch with the lights off... and just... listen.

Slowing down to the speed of nature.

It also means taking a peak at my latest Catalogue of Works and simply enjoying the visuals and stories contained in these pages.
